2025 Annual Conference Scholarship Application

Location

This primary purpose of the Narcolepsy Network Annual Conference Scholarship is to cover the cost of lodging at the designated Conference Hotel for 2-nights during the Annual Conference dates. 

Please note that if chosen as an award recipient, you will be required to have a credit card on file with the Conference Hotel to reserve your room, and will be charged for a single night stay if you fail to check-in or cancel according to their reservation cancellation policy.

To help us continue to offer these scholarship opportunities and promote community engagement, we encourage all award recipients to consider joining Narcolepsy Network as a Member (at a cost of $21.00 a year). Scholarships are only available to those who actively participate in conference sessions and who are available to volunteer. If you are awarded a scholarship opportunity, you are required to attend both days of conference sessions and will need to sign an agreement.

The Annual Conference Registration Ticket cost and any travel expenses incurred to attend the Annual Conference are not covered by this scholarship. Upon special request, you may be considered for a reimbursement in the total of the cost of your Annual Conference Registration Ticket. This requires the awardee to register and pay the Annual Conference Registration Ticket cost in advance, as the awarded funds would be disbursed to you after checking-in at the conference.
